We offer several convenient ways to pay for your sessions: You can use a credit card (kept securely on file), Zelle, cash, or check. We also accept many major insurance plans, but it's important to note that not all therapists accept all insurances. Please contact us to verify your coverage.
Please note: Cash and check payments are only accepted for in-person sessions at our Cedar Grove office.
We accept a variety of insurance plans to make accessing therapy easier! Our current in-network providers include Aetna, Horizon BCBS, United Healthcare, Oscar, and Oxford.
It's important to note that not all of our therapists accept all of these insurance plans. To check if your plan is accepted, just give us a call with your insurance information, and we'll be happy to verify your benefits for you.
While we do our best to provide accurate information about your coverage, insurance companies can sometimes deny claims for various reasons.
Medicare and Medicaid: Unfortunately at this time we are not in-network with Medicare or Medicaid plans. However, if you have secondary insurance, we may be able to accept it, please contact us with your insurance details and we will verify your coverage.
Medicare Advantage: We may accept some Medicare Advantage plans. Please contact us with your plan information so we can verify your coverage.
Important Note: If we do not accept your insurance plan (including Medicare, Medicaid, secondary insurance, or Medicare Advantage), we will provide you with a superbill. This is a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
If we don't accept your insurance plan, or if you don't have insurance, you'll be responsible for paying the full session fee at the time of service.
Our rates vary depending on the therapist's credentials and experience.
We're also happy to provide you with a superbill (a detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement, if applicable.
* If paying by credit card, there will be a 3% fee.
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Your spot is reserved in advance which means other people are unable to reschedule in your place without adequate notice. Our cancellation fee is the cost of one session. Please note that insurance companies DO NOT cover canceled or missed sessions. This is the responsibility of the client.
